How to create positive impact on the morale of your employees

Published by kutenk2000 at 1:12 am under Motivation Edit This

We can make a significant positive impact on the morale of our employees by matching the job to the individual as much as possible. An effective leader modifies jobs to fit people, not people to fit jobs. Small changes in a job can result in large changes in motivation. We can look for ways to make our employees’ jobs more interesting, create challenging and responsible jobs for them, reduce the stress level as much as possible, protect their status, organize the work so one task is completed before another is started, and make sure that we provide specific feedback on their results. Here are a few ways to do that:
1) Create interesting jobs for your employees.
2) Create challenging jobs for your employees.
3) Create responsible jobs.
4) Reduce the level of stress in each employee’s job.
5) Protect the employee’s self-esteem with co-workers.
6) Organize the employee’s work so that he or she can complete one task before moving on to another.
7) Provide specific feedback on the results of task completion.
